Off-site Scanning
Our off-site scanning service is ideal for getting all your current and archived paperwork scanned at once. We will collect your documents and take them to our premises where they will stay for the entire scanning process. We will prepare, scan, index and quality check your documents and return them to you on CD or DVD. Originals can be returned or shredded.

In-house Scanning
Setting up your own system in-house may be the best option for you. We can help you select an appropriate scanner and software, and train your staff in its use.

We will also help you develop procedures so that you get the most out of your system. Most systems are very simple to use, yet if the procedures around the system are inadequate, you might end up with a bigger headache than your overload of paper is currently giving you.

Fax to Email
We can provide you with an electronic fax service to capture all your incoming faxes and send them to the appropriate person by email or a general email address (or both). This ensure incoming faxes are actioned promtly and efficiently. No more faxes misplaced because someone picked up someone else's fax by accident.
